About Me: Franco Reyes was the vocalist/guitarist of cebu's "Frank!". one of the most influential bands in the cebu music scene during the mid 90's along with "Sheila & the Insects". considered to be one the best singer/songwriters to ever come out of cebu. He is also one of the founding members of the "suspitsados", a group of cebuano bands coming together despite differences in musical genres but unifying and learning from each other. the group, invetibly became one of the many reasons that led to the boom of the cebu music scene as we know it today. Franco is now based in Florida, U.S.A and has a band there called "INYO", and are currently on the verge of signing a record deal with an independent label.
