HOW TO ENTER

To enter, become a fan of this profile (www.friendster.com/shadowsfall) and you must also purchase a ticket for

Shadow's Fall concert in Manila on 3/15/08 at A Venue.

Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.

OFFICIAL RULES

You must show proof of purchase of ticket for Shadow's Fall concert in Manila on 3/15/08 at A Venue.

The winner will be asked to fax us a copy of the ticket. 

This contest is open to residents of the Philippines ONLY. 

You and your travel companion must BOTH be 18 years or older.

You must supply all contact information for both you and your travel companion upon winning

(so we can book the airline tickets and hotel for both of you).

This prize is NOT redeemable for cash, and there are no refunds allowed. Prize must be accepted as awarded. 

One entry per person. 

The travel and accommodation prize package, unless otherwise stated, refers to 2 nights, double-occupancy accommodations in a 3-star hotel. Winner and travel companion must agree to the airline's Terms and Conditions of travel. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond Sponsors' and Administrators' control. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary, and fare class. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated and must be accepted as awarded, cash equivalent substitution will not be available. All tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used.  A

pproximate value of prize = P20,000.00.
